Introduction
Mr. Wang has spent most of his legal career in the court systems of China and the United States. He has extensive trial practice experience in the field of civil litigation in both China and the United States, especially in handling difficult cases in cross-border litigation, cross-border court judgments, and asset recovery.
From 1995 to 2010, Mr. Wang served as a judge and then as a presiding judge in the maritime courts of China. From 2010 to 2015, he served as a foreign visiting judge in the Federal District Court of Maryland and the Circuit Court of Baltimore County, and also worked as a researcher at the Federal Judicial Center of the United States.
Attorney Wang also serves as a professor of legal practice at the University of Arizona School of Law and an arbitrator at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.
