Wesley’s legal services cover both litigation and transactional matters. He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating documents in business, real estate, employment dispute resolution, and mergers and acquisitions. With over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, Wesley has deep knowledge in providing legal counsel in a variety of business matters; including intellectual property licensing, commercial litigation, labor dispute litigation, large litigation management, contracts, and real estate. Wesley also regularly provides year-round legal counsel to businesses that do not require a full-time in-house general counsel. Being an external, part-time “general counsel” can save clients significant costs.
Representative Clients and Cases

As lead counsel, successfully represented a large Chinese LED manufacturer in two Section 337 investigations initiated by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). In the first investigation, the case was successfully dismissed before trial; in the second case, a non-infringement ruling was obtained after trial.
