Marilynn Schuyler has represented clients in labor and employment matters for over twenty years in the public and private sector.  She is available to assist global employers in navigating employment laws in the United States, particularly as they relate to non-discrimination and other related issues.

Marilynn established and served as Principal of Schuyler Affirmative Action Practice, specializing in federal contractor compliance, and providing training on employment law at annual national conferences.   Marilynn is also a certified mediator, and has successfully mediated a wide range of cases.
